Covid-19 Our Response

18th March 2020

In line with the most recent Government advice regarding COVID-19, we have implemented a restricted visitors policy effective from Tuesday 17th March 2020. We are asking relatives to refrain from visiting the homes for the foreseeable future.

At this stage we are unable to advise how long this revised policy will be in place, however we will continue to keep you updated as the situation progresses. In the meantime, we can arrange video calling with residents, please contact the Managers to arrange this.

In addition to the revised visitors policy, we will be limiting residents’ outings in the community. We have also redoubled our infection prevention measures within the homes and are ensuring that they are being adhered to by all.

We understand that these measures may be distressing for some and we would appreciate your support in our endeavour to keep our service users and employees safe. Please be reassured that we are working diligently to minimise the risk exposure to all in our care.

The welfare of our residents is of the utmost importance to us and we are reviewing the coronavirus situation regularly and continuing to follow the official Government Guidance and that of Public Health England. All updates on our policies and procedures surrounding coronavirus will be communicated promptly as and when they happen.

If you have any questions about how we are dealing with the COVID-19 outbreak, then please don’t hesitate to get in touch via the Contact Us page on our website.
